How do I prepare Mylk Made bases?
Simply add one tablespoon of our mylk base to 250ml of water and blend or shake for 30 seconds. It is the freshest way to enjoy plant-based milk without the additives.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Our jars are shelf-stable for up to 12 months when unopened. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place and consume within 3 months. Once diluted with water, the milk should be refrigerated and consumed within 4-5 days.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, all Mylk Made products are 100% vegan and gluten-free. We use high-quality, natural ingredients and avoid all animal-derived components and thickeners.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the domestic region only to ensure product quality and manageable shipping costs. We are looking into international expansion in the near future.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
